Our Returns Policy

Mackenzie Mode ~ (MM Fashion Distribution International) Returns.

Please note that we offer returns only on full-priced items. We do not offer returns on sale items

You may return any unwanted item to us for an exchange/credit up to 10 days after you receive your order. All returns must be returned to Mackenzie Mode (MM Fashion Distribution International) at the purchaser’s expense. Returns are only accepted when your item is in its original condition as defined by below:

- Unused

- Unwashed

- Stain free

- Perfume free

- Tags still attached

Please note that all returns will be processed and refunded only as store credits into your account with us. These store credits will be valid for 30 days from date of online coupon code being created and emailed to you. If you wish for an exchange, you may place a new order using your store credit refunded for any different size, print, or style. You will receive an email from us to inform you that your returns have been successful and store credits have been refunded. The order placed after returns have been processed will be considered a new order by itself and is subjected to the usual terms and conditions of Mackenzie Mode ~ (MM Fashion Distribution International).

Please note that we offer returns only on full-priced items. We do not offer returns on sale items.

When making a return you must ensure your order number is clearly written on your Returns Form and include your original invoice when returning. Failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.

If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded Shipping with trackable service.  However if you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

 

To return an order Australia & International

1.    Print your Returns Form and fill in all the information required.

2.    Package your unused item(s) with the original , and be sure to include your original invoice and the completed Returns Form.

3.    Post your parcel back to us, by taking it to your local post office or courier service. Please ensure that you use a trackable service and obtain proof of postage.

Please allow up to 3 working days from the day we receive your returned parcel for returns to be processed and for your refund to be credited into your account as store credits.

Under no circumstances will any returns be accepted in person at our office. Please understand that we are a fully online business and our office/warehouse is not open to the public.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return item(s) to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, this decision will be final and not negotiable, and as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges via email. If you send the item(s) back to us again, or refuse to accept shipping, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

 

How long after my order is placed can I make a return?

We must receive your return within 10 days of your order being placed.

Am I still able to return my item if there is make-up or fake tan around the neckline etc.?

Any unwanted items must be returned to Mackenzie Mode in its original condition Returns are only accepted when your item is in its original condition as defined by below:

Unfortunately any returns which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be returned.

 

I have received a faulty item. What should I do?

We're sorry that there is a fault with an item you have received. To help resolve this as quickly as possible please contact our Customer Care team with your full name, order number, description and photograph of the fault.

We aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as we can within office hours but we need you to inform us of any faults as soon as you discover them so that we can resolve the issue for you.

 

I have received an incorrect item in my order. What should I do?

We're sorry that you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team with full details including your name, order number and a brief description of the incorrect items and we will get back to you as soon as possible within office hours.

 

How long will it take for a return to be processed?

The whole process can take up to 10 days. You will be notified at each step of the way. Upon receipt of your return, we will send email notification to advise this has been received. You will then receive a separate email confirmation when a return has been processed. Please note that all returns will be processed and refunded only as store credits into your account with us. These store credits will be valid for 30 days from date of online coupon code being created and emailed to you.

Where is my refund from my return?

In the unlikely event that you haven’t received an email to notify you that we have processed your refund within 10 days of us receiving your returned item(s), please contact our Customer Care team quoting your order number and a brief description of the items of which you have returned.

 

Does my store credits expire?

Our Store Credits have a  30 day validity, this means that you can use it whenever you please to within this time frame to select any new and fabulous items that would be more suitable.
