Now super fast in 1-3 days for domestic orders within Australia

All orders are delivered by Australia post with a flat rate charged. Shipping for all orders within Australia are charged at 1-3 garment $15,  4-8 garments $22.50

International shipping is 1-2 garments $35.00, 3-4 garments $45.00

Orders will be trackable via a tracking number that will be emailed to you upon order dispatch. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be visible online.

Orders are generally received within 2-5 business days after dispatching depending on your area, whether an urban or a remote location.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Customs or import duties are charged when the parcel reached the destination country. These charges are responsibilities of the recipient.

Unfortunately, Mackenzie Mode (MM Fashion Distribution International) has no control over these charges and therefore are not able to advice you on the fee you might incur.

You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by the charges when your parcel arrives.

 

If my parcel is lost will I be reimbursed?

If you have failed to receive your order within the expected delivery time frame, you can contact our Customer Care team and we will be there to help you. 

In any case we are not able to locate the wherebouts of your parcel, we will be required to raise a full investigation with the courier company and this process can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them regarding the whereabouts of your parcel. Once we receive confirmation from our couriers that you have not received your parcel, we will arrange immediate re-dispatch for your order (stock willing) or offer you a refund as store credits on your order.
